1. About Academy of AI
Academy of AI ("we", "us", "our") is an online AI education platform based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We offer live, instructor-led AI programs for learners of all ages — from ages 5 through adult professionals. Our programs are delivered online via Zoom and similar platforms.
By registering for any program, demo session, or AI Spark Week event, you ("the student" or "parent/guardian" for minors) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Programs are open to learners as specified by age group for each program.
- For students under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration and payment.
- You must provide accurate personal details during registration. Incorrect details may result in cancellation without refund.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent within 2 hours of payment.
3. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- EMI options (where available) are processed through Cashfree's instalment facility. Charges apply per the chosen plan.
- Academy of AI does not store your card or bank details. All payment data is handled by Cashfree.
- Payment failures are automatically detected. If your payment fails but your bank account was debited, contact us immediately at info@academyofai.in with your Order ID.
4. Program Delivery
- All sessions are delivered live via Zoom. A stable internet connection is required.
- Session schedules are communicated via WhatsApp and email after enrolment.
- Recorded replays (where available) are accessible via the student portal for 30 days after each session.
- Academy of AI reserves the right to reschedule sessions with 24 hours' prior notice due to instructor unavailability or technical issues.
- Batch sizes are limited to ensure quality interaction. We reserve the right to close a batch when full.
5. Student Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students during live sessions.
- Recording of live sessions by students is not permitted without written consent.
- Sharing of login credentials or session links is prohibited.
- Academy of AI reserves the right to remove a student from a program without refund in cases of misconduct, abuse, or violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, recordings, presentations, and content provided by Academy of AI are the intellectual property of Academy of AI.
- Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course content without written permission.
- Student project work remains the property of the student.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect personal information (name, email, phone, city) solely for program delivery, communication, and improvement of our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
By registering, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages, emails, and SMS communications related to your program and relevant Academy of AI updates. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Academy of AI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our programs or platform.
We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues, third-party platform outages (Zoom, etc.), or device compatibility issues on the student's side.
9. Amendments
Academy of AI reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
